I was trying to get credit, and couldn’t, so i need to know what is stoping me.I tried calling to get my free report but could not get thrugh, please help.

I HAVE ATTEMPTED TO USE THE CANADA POST WEBSITE IN ORDER TO HAVE THEM HOLD MY MAIL TEMPORARILY.
ALL WENT WELL UNTIL I WAS ASKED TO COMPLETE A SECTION WHERE YOU ARE INVOLVED.
I WAS ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT A JAGUAR CAR LEASE ORIGINATING IN 1994.
NAME OF LEASE COMPANY.?
(WAS A JAGUAR CAR THROUGH BUDD’S OAKVILLE?
MONTHLY PAYMENTS.
(AROUND $575)
I HAVE HAD SEVERAL CARS SINCE THEN AND ALL LEASES HAVE BEEN CLOSED.
MY FILES DESTROYED.
I OWN MY CAR.
PLEASE ENSURE YOUR RECORDS ARE UPDATED AS I CANNOT MOVE FORWARD WITH MY CP ACTIVITY.
