I HAVE ATTEMPTED TO USE THE CANADA POST WEBSITE IN ORDER TO HAVE THEM HOLD MY MAIL TEMPORARILY.
ALL WENT WELL UNTIL I WAS ASKED TO COMPLETE A SECTION WHERE YOU ARE INVOLVED.
I WAS ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT A JAGUAR CAR LEASE ORIGINATING IN 1994.
NAME OF LEASE COMPANY.?
(WAS A JAGUAR CAR THROUGH BUDD’S OAKVILLE?
MONTHLY PAYMENTS.
(AROUND $575)
I HAVE HAD SEVERAL CARS SINCE THEN AND ALL LEASES HAVE BEEN CLOSED.

I am considering to file bankruptcy due to my inability to make my payments on my house and on my busisness. Can I quit claim my business/land to the note holder in lieu of foreclosure and then file bankruptcy? Is there a waiting period? My house is scheduled to go on a Trustee Sale also. Would my bankruptcy hold off the the sale of my house and for how long?

i need a car to get around better in without being so limited all the time and paying for rides till i run out of money and not be able to get to certain areas because of bus limitations
